Important Senior Information:  An email was sent to all parents of seniors on Friday, April 11^th.  To view the mailing, click here.  If you would like a paper copy mailed to your home address, please email Ms. Gordner at DGordner@hershey.k12.us. 

1. Senior Events Descriptions 

This week we discussed the calendar of Senior Events in May as well as detailed descriptions of each event.  To view the descriptions, click here.  Seniors will be given a packet containing a payment form, the HersheyPark field trip, and the Health Form for HersheyPark within the next week or two.  To view the packet, click here.  Payment and permission slips need to be returned no later than Friday, April 16^th to Mrs. Ogle in Room 246 or Mr. Mackneer in Room 235.

2. Payment Information

Cash or checks made payable to “HHS Class of 2025” can be given to Mrs. Ogle in Room 246 or Mr. Mackneer in Room 235 along with the payment form and the signed permission slip and health form.  Directions to pay electronically can be found here.  Please note that if you choose to pay electronically, the payment form as well as the permission slip and health form still need to be returned to Mrs. Ogle or Mr. Mackneer by April 16^th.   

3. Yard Signs

If you’d like to purchase a yard sign, you can do so at www.trojantradingpost.com.  Click “Class of 2025” at the top of the screen. 

4. Prom Guests

If you are planning to bring a guest to the Hershey High School Prom that is NOT currently a student at Hershey High School, you must complete the Guest Permission Form.  See Mrs. Ogle or click here for a digital copy.
