Instant Decision Day

What is an Instant Decision Day?

Instant decision days allow college applicants to immediately learn whether they receive admission. Instant decisions are non-binding, so students can also apply to other schools. 

Hershey High School will be hosting an Instant Decision Day on October 9, 2024. The following colleges and universities will be participating (subject to change):

• Elizabethtown College
• Harrisburg Area Community College
• Kutztown University
• Lebanon Valley College
• Millersville University
• *Penn State (will NOT be able to provide an instant admissions decision, but can provide feedback on application)
• Pennsylvania College of Technology
• Shippensburg University

Instant Decision Day meetings with college admissions representatives will take approximately 15 minutes. At the conclusion of the meeting, students will be notified instantly on the decision outcome of their application (with the exception of Penn State).
